10am-11am       Fast Flow

6pm-7pm           Slow Flow

7:30pm-8:30pm Gentle Class for beginners (except fridays)

T-TH

12am-1pm          Vinyasa Flow Level 1

6pm-7pm            Gentle Class for beginners

7:30-8:30pm        Vinyasa Flow Level 2

Saturday

12pm-1pm            Slow Flow

7:30pm-8:30pm    Gentle Class for beginners

YOGA CLASSES IN QUEZON CITY AT UP VILLAGE

Pinoyoga offers vinyasa hatha yoga every saturday at Centro Maginhawa UP Village, Diliman Quezon City.

There are three yoga sessions:

1:00pm-2:00pm     hatha yoga

2:30pm-3:30pm     hatha yoga

4:00pm-5:00pm    hatha yoga

5:30pm-7:oopm     open to self practice
