Evening Class M-W-F 6:00-7:00pm
Evening Class T-TH-F-S 7:00-8:00 pm

Hi! Do you have other yoga centers in Manila or Makati area? May I have the schedule? What type of yoga can you recommend for beginners that is more for relaxing and not so strenuous?

You have yoga classes in Quezon City particularly near Tandang Sora? How much is the fee? Schedule? Is it once a week, twice? Do you have Saturday and Sunday Sked?
